Who is responsible

221B Consulting is operated by Clive Feigenbaum. You can contact me atclive@clivefeigenbaum.com.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the service you need help with, and the details you write.
• Website analytics: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) through Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

Why I collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide the service you ask for, and to understand how the website is used so I can improve it. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Form submissions are received through Netlify (the website host) and delivered to my email. Analytics are processed by Google. These providers may store data outside South Africa. I only use them for the purposes above.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up work, and then deleted or archived securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing clive@clivefeigenbaum.com. If you are in South Africa you may also contact the Information Regulator.
